Program

Ati Wening orphanage provides a home , a shelter to sleep, eat, live. A home where the orphaned children can feel safe and cared for by fellow children orphans and the orphanage caretakers. A home where the children are prepared to face their future with knowledge and skills as a responsible individual.



Ati Wening orphanage provides following programs for the children:



1. Formal education at public schools



2. Informal education such as lessons in practical skills at the orphanage. The lessons will be given and varied according to the children’s talent, ability, interest and age. Such practical skill lessons would include sewing, carpentry, music and others. The home will also have chicken, fish, vegetable, fruit and flower farms. The children will be taught to learn and assigned responsibilities to run the farms as the helpers of the full time farm attendees so that the children can learn how to make a living or be self sufficient in farming if they want to in the future.


3. Guidance and teaching of moral values so that the children can be good characters and contribute to the society


4. Involvement in the community activities in the village so that the children can learn how to live in society.
